Equiplast Circulation Heaters are highly efficient heating cells made for high and low pressure gases and liquids. They can be incorporated into systems as main heating
units or as supporting booster units. Their heating core is a screw plug or a flanged immersion heater installed inside a pressure vessel that is thermally insulated. A stainless steel or rust proof painted outside metallic jacket protects the insulating material. Circulation heaters can have various mechanical features. Their inlet and outlet connections could be flanges or NPT threaded pipe extensions. Various electrical termination boxes with different protection characteristics, thermosthats, thermocouples and high limit switches are available.
